On the other hand, the 2001 explosion of Fellowship of the Ring movie and RPS fandom was totally what introduced me to my wife (even though we knew of each other, but we weren’t friendly), so Peter Jackson changed my life on an epic scale, eventually causing me to move to Finland and stuff.
